Treatment Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours cancellation notice on treatment with duration of one hour or more. A 50% charge will be applied. We require a 50% deposit on all treatments of one hour or more. This deposit is kept as the Cancellation fee. This applies if you cancel less than 24 hours before your treatment.

We offer a 100% money back guarantee ! There are conditions, they are as follows:
  • If you are unhappy with your service/results within a 7 day period after your service, you are offered your money back. Or, you can receive that same single service complimentary.
  • If you come after 7 days of receiving your service, there is no money refund but you can receive a complimentary single service to the same value.
  • There will be no refund or complimentary service if you ring up one month after the service was performed in the salon.
Conditions with Product purchases are as follows
  • The products used and prescribed at CGR are clinical strength and may require a period of adjustment. As such we do adhere to a strict exchange policy.
  • No refund or exchange for change of mind.
  • Any product exchange due to a skin reaction must be within 21 days of the purchase date.
  • To qualify for refund, CGR needs to be notified of reaction at time of occurrence.
Gift Vouchers
  • Gift Vouchers are exclusive to treatment and service. GV are not redeemable for cash or products.
  • GV are non- refundable and non- transferable to third party. GV are valid for 6 months and are not redeemable after this time. GV must be presented at time of treatment to be valid. We are unable to honour lost or stolen vouchers. Gift Vouchers can be purchased in the salon or via phone or email and mailed to you.
  • Clients who do not show or cancel their treatment within 24hours will forfeit their voucher. At time of booking, please quote the GV number.
